After 20 years as a paediatric and general nurse, I moved to holistic healing and qualified as a reflexologist in 2004, with advanced studies in maternity reflexology. Over the years, my practice has focused on supporting women through the cyclical events of childbirth, menopause, and the myriad challenges that life presents in between.
More recently, I’ve have continued my interest in holistic and spiritual healing by training as an energy alignment mentor. Through this work, I’ve witnessed wonderful transformations in my clients, teaching them how to let go of limiting beliefs, explore and release generational patterns and past life imprints and find their passion and purpose in this life.
I have four grown-up children and two grandchildren and my life has been full of laughter and challenges, needless to say! However I can look back and celebrate all the opportunities I have had – traveling and nursing around the world, family life in UK, study in my forties and fifties that lead to teaching Design and Technology at Secondary School, a professional Art practice and alongside this an interest in holistic care, nature and the countryside, traditional crafts and lots more.

I live in a very beautiful part of the country now and spend many hours walking the paths and rivers with my two dogs, Baggins and Bumble. The Shropshire countryside is so beautiful, the changing seasons, colours of day and night, and redolent with history; I feel I walk in the footsteps of ancients and the magic and beauty of this place inspires me and is expressed in my artwork.
I have been a professional textile artist for over 20 years and am now interested in promoting craft and wellbeing.
